Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Please note that during peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping is available on all Australian orders over AUD $100.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details so you can monitor its progress.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their destination country.
Delivery times may vary based on local postal service efficiency and customs clearance.

Delays & Exceptions

BogeyBustersGolfCo is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs clearance, or factors beyond our control (e.g., natural events, strikes, etc.).
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@bogeybustersgolfco.com and we’ll investigate promptly.

Missing or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, email support@bogeybustersgolfco.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

PO Boxes

We can ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers for Australian orders. For international deliveries, please use a physical street address.
